- Dr. Dieter Bruhn is an international trainer, speaker, and business leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering innovative training programs for corporate, educational, and government organizations worldwide. His expertise includes cross-cultural communication, leadership development, teacher education, and the practical integration of artificial intelligence into learning. A U.S. Department of State English Language Specialist, Dieter has led training initiatives in more than 20 countries and is a frequent keynote and featured speaker at international conferences. As President and Vietnam Country Director of One World Training, he helps organizations strengthen communication, leadership, cross-cultural competence, and professional performance. In recognition of his entrepreneurial leadership, he was crowned Mister Mighty Entrepreneur International 2025.
Tan Le (grace) - owner - one world training vietnam
- Tan Le (Grace) is an entrepreneur, business leader, and trainer with more than 15 years of experience in business development, education, wellness, and event management. She leads One World Training's operations in Vietnam, building strategic partnerships and supporting the delivery of professional development programs for corporate, educational, and government clients. In 2010, she founded Viet Lotus Spa, a highly rated business serving international diplomats and business leaders. In 2019, she launched Viet Lotus Academy to share her expertise in business, dance, and spa, helping clients elevate confidence and professional presence as they pursue their goals. Grace was crowned Miss Mighty Entrepreneur International 2025 and Miss Talent Vietnam 2024, honors that reflect her blend of business savvy, talent, and leadership.
