TRAINING TEAM One World Training uses only the highest-quality trainers in its programs. All trainers have at least a Master's degree in TESOL, Linguistics, Education or related fields as well as overseas experience. DIETER BRUHN Dieter is the President and Founder of One World Training as well as the Director of Training. He has a Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) as well as a Master's degree in Language & International Trade. He has taught for 17 years in the US, Germany, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, India and Indonesia, and he has traveled to more than 25 countries around the globe. He has also worked as a Teacher Trainer in a Trinity London TESOL Certificate program, as Chair of the Business English Department at a private college in Thailand, and as Co-Director of the Graduate Prepartory Program at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Dieter is currently serving as President of CoTESOL (Colorado Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages). DEBRA DAISE Debra has a Master's Degree in Linguistics from the University of Colorado (CU). She is currently the Academic Coordinator at CU's Interntional English Center, where she has been teaching ESL for 20 years, and she recently served as interim Co-Director there for two years. Debra is the author of In Charge 2, as well as co-author of Grammar Links 3. She is also a former board member of Colorado TESOL, where she served as both Vice President and President. PATRICIA BAKER Patricia has an ABD (All but Dissertation) in Applied Linguistics from the University of Florida, and an MA in Spanish Linguistics from Michigan State University. She has been teaching English as a Second Language for over 20 years and has taught all levels and all skills. She has also had substantial experience in teacher training both in the United States and in China. MATT BACA Matt has Master's degree in TESOL to go along with 11 years of teaching experience in both the US and Russia. He co-directs the Graduate Preparatory Program at the University of Colorado with Dieter Bruhn, and he has also worked extensively as an instructional designer. Currently, Matt is working as the Director of Training at Silicon Mountain Memory in Boulder. An energetic professional with a strong commitment to the field, Matt also does stand-up comedy on the side. Apply now!
