DIETER BRUHN
Dieter Bruhn is the President and Founder of One World Training as well as the Director of Training. He has a Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) as well as a Master's degree in Language & International Trade, which gives him a strong understanding of both language and business. He has been in the training world for more than 20 years and has worked on projects in the Philippines, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Germany, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, India and Indonesia. Highlights of his career include managing the design, development and implementation of a state-of-the-art language and culture training program for call centers across the globe for a major call center company, launching the new training program, and training and certifying trainers and Master Trainers at 20 sites around the world. Moreover, he led the language training team for a call center project in India in which he designed and developed a number of modules and headed up the final certification of trainers and Master Trainers. He also directed the language portion of a program in Multilateral Diplomacy in Vietnam, taught in a Pre-MBA program in Indonesia, and worked as Chair of the Business English Department at a private college in Thailand (where he led an ongoing teacher training and development program). In addition, he has been managing and teaching in a summer graduate preparatory program for international MBA and Telecommunications students at the University of Colorado since 2003. Dieter has served on the Executive Board of Colorado TESOL for the past six years, including two years as President, and he has presented at numerous local and international conferences. Moreover, he has been certifying teachers in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) in Colorado since 2001.

MATT BACA
Matt Baca is the Vice President of Development. He combines more than 15 years of teaching and facilitating experience with solid instructional principles and humor to provide high-energy, highly participatory training sessions. His expertise is geared to the needs of international professionals and call center agents worldwide, and he has designed and developed a number of highly effective and engaging courses and videos. Since 1996, he has served as corporate trainer and instructor of international business students and professionals in universities and businesses spanning the globe, including Latin America, Europe and Central and Far East Asia. He has also been managing and teaching in the Graduate School Preparatory Program at the University of Colorado with Dieter Bruhn since 2002. In the past, he worked as the Corporate Training Director for Silicon Mountain, Inc., a high-tech sales company in Boulder, where he designed training programs and assessments for managers, directors and C-Level executives to ensure strategic growth within the company. In addition, he worked as Lead Instructional Designer at TeleTech, a global call center company. Matt has a Master's degree in TESOL, and he has also taken a number of MBA courses. This combination gives him a solid background in both language and business and allows him to bring real-world experience into the training room.

PATRICIA S. BAKER
Patricia Baker is a Senior Trainer for One World Training. She has an undergraduate degree in Spanish and Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Spanish Linguistics. She also completed All-but-Dissertation for a Ph.D. in Linguistics with a specialization in the areas of First and Second Language Acquisition, Oral Proficiency, and Teaching Methods. She has taught English to second language learners from all over the world at all different levels and different ages, from primary school through university levels, as well as Business English to international professionals. In addition, she has been training teachers and trainers for more than 25 years in the U.S., India and China. Patricia was part of the team sent to train trainers for a call center project in India and she created and implemented training modules for that program, as well as many other international and U.S.-based programs. She still thoroughly enjoys teaching and training, meeting people from all over the world, and dealing with the fascinating subject of language acquisition. One of the best professional experiences of her career was training English teachers at a university in Beijing, China and working with upper level students there who were learning English. Patricia has been a member of a number of TESOL organizations and has presented at local and international conferences.
